Hello, my name is Madison Carpenter! I am a Junior at Black Hills State University, and my major is Human Resources Management with a minor in Marketing. Some fun facts about me are that I love hiking and kayaking.
I was drawn to digital marketing by the idea of reaching customers from all around the world and getting a product to reach them.
Core Competencies: Content creation, knowledge of Excel, and being a great team player.
Some of my academic highlights include a Human Resource Management internship I had through Security First Bank. I was able to learn the roles Human Resources plays and what their day-to-day job may look like.
Some short-term professional goals I have are to enhance my professional writing skills. Some long-term goals are to someday get a job and grow in different areas of Human Resources while creating a positive work environment.
Some future industries that I am looking into are banking and the service industries.
Some of my personal attributes include being a great communicator, valuing teamwork, having a great work ethic, and being very creative.
